Reservations will be confirmed only if the corresponding advance has been paid, being only valid for the number of people and dates indicated.

August: minimum stay of 5 nights.
Rest of the year: minimum stay of 2 nights.

If the client notifies the cancellation more than 30 days in advance regarding the check-in day, the full reservation will be refunded.
If the client notifies the cancellation between 15 and 30 days in advance, the advance paid necessary to confirm the reservation (50% of the total amount) will not be reimbursed.

There will not be any reimbursement if the client notifies the cancellation with less than 15 days in advance regarding the check-in day. The cancellation will be counted from the day an e-mail is received notifying the cancellation.



To confirm the reservation, 50% of the total amount must be paid.

Payment can be made by credit card or by bank transfer.

For the payment by bank transfer, 24 hours of preblock will be given to send the proof of payment to the email address hola@sidroandco.com or to our Whatsapp. If this proof of payment is not sent within those 24 hours, the dates will become available again on the website.

The remaining 50% of the total must be paid, at the latest, 20 days before check-in (we will send a reminder email with the link of payment for credit card or the bank account details).

Upon entering the house, a 150€ deposit will be requested, which will be returned at the time of departure or, if it not possible for any of the owners to be present during the check-out, the deposit will be transferred back within a period not exceeding 48 hours.

The house must be left on the day of departure in the same conditions in which it was found at the date of entry.


The client undertakes, at the end of the contract, to deliver in the same conditions in which they were received, both the premises and the furniture and equipment, with the replacement and repair of any losses and damage attributable to them being their responsibility.


The price of the rent includes: bed and bath linen, bathroom utensils, running water and electricity, appliances, crockery, cutlery, glassware, kitchen utensils, cleaning utensils, furniture, and cleaning before your entry.

During the stay, cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.


We reserve the right to request a deposit of 150 euros, which would remain in deposit and be returned within a period not exceeding 48 hours, after departure if there are no damages or extra cleaning costs, both indoors and outdoors, which would be deducted of said deposit. The refund is made to the customer’s bank account or in case of meeting in person for the check-out, at that same moment.


As a general rule, more people than those stipulated in the reservation/contract will not be admitted. If there is a need to accommodate a greater number of people, the property must be notified prior to check-in to authorize their accommodation.


Access to the facilities is only and exclusively authorized to the number of people that appear in the reservation.


In the event that outsiders or other extra guests are detected, the contract will be annulled, having to leave the facilities immediately without giving rise to any refund. In case of refusal, the corresponding authority will be called to proceed with the eviction according to law.

In case of any inspection of the house by the Spanish police, if they find more people than those declared, the responsible will be the person who made the reservation.


You can check-in from 16:00h on the day of arrival and must check-out at 12:00h (noon) on the day of departure.

These times can be modified, upon request by the client and if the arrival of new clients or other circumstances allow it. If the late check-out is allowed, it must be no later than 17:00h.


The owner may automatically rescind the contract in the following cases:


  • Excess of the number of authorized occupants.
  • Non-compliance with the usual norms of urbanity, hygiene, coexistence or public order.


  • Theft, loss or damage that customers may suffer during their stay in the rented accommodation.
  • Outages of electricity, water or gas supplies.
  • The breakage of electrical appliances or any other device that is part of the accommodation must be communicated to the owners immediately in order to notify the appropriate technical service. Nevertheless, non-assistance by this service will not be grounds for any compensation.
  • The Works that the Town Council of Secastilla or other companies outside Sidro·Co Rural Home may carry out in the vicinity and that may affect the normal development of the client’s stay.
  • Any type of force majeure, natural or similar that prevents the enjoyment of the facilities of the property.


In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, Protection of Personal Data, I give my consent for the data I provide to be included in an automated file owned by Casa Sidro and used for its customer database and I declare to be informed about the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition that I may exercise at the registered office of Casa Sidro C.B., at Calle de la Iglesia 9, Secastilla (Huesca)
