A reservation fee of 50% of the total is necessary to confirm the booking.
100% of the amount will be reimbursed if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the day arrival.
If the client notifies cancelation the within 15 and 30 days in advance, the reservation fee (50% of the total amount) will not be reimbursed.
There will not be any reimbursement if the client notifies the cancellation with less than 15 days in advance regarding the check-in day. The cancellation will be counted from the day an e-mail is received notifying the cancellation.
